Nifty Futures Trend For Tomorrow: 2nd Sep '11


In Last trading session Nifty Futures Closed at 5,008.00 with the bullish points of +74.85 or up by 1.52%. As the new contract has been started in this month, market has taken a high jump. Technically Nifty Futures is looking bullish if it cross the level of 5030. So Nifty Futures may show its strength again. 

Technical Levels For Tomorrow
Resistance : R1 : 5100, R2 : 5170.
Support       : S1 : 4930, S2  : 4850.

What is Futures Trading?


Suppose the current price of Tata Steel is Rs. 200 per stock. You are interested in buying 500 shares of Tata Steel. You find someone, say John, who has 500 shares you tell John that you will buy 500 shares at Rs. 200, but not now, at a later point of time, say on the last thursday of this month. This agreed date will be called the expiry date of your agreement or contract. John more or less agrees but the following points come up in your agreement.

What to do in Bearish Market?


The bears got control of the Dalal Street in the last hours of today's trading session, which resulted in the Nifty closing below 18-month low level. Huge selling pressure on market when the Nifty broke the 4800-mark. The 30-share BSE Sensex plunged 297.50 points to close at 15,848.83 after hitting an intra-day low of 15,765.53. The 50-share NSE Nifty touched an intra-day low of 4,720, before closing the session at 4,747.80 (lowest closing for the first time since February 5, 2010), down 91.80 points.
